I need to pay rent in Poland

I never thought that having a higher education and experience in IT, would find myself without a job and without money. I came to Poland in 2020 from Belarus and worked until the summer of 2023. Then there was a staff reduction and everyone who was at the bench (without the project) was fired. I still couldn't find a job, the money is running out (the financial cushion is running out), but I have to pay rent, utilities and expenses in groceries for my current life. I ask for help from people who understand what it means to be alone in a foreign country, without money and with an uncertain future.
