Brazil needs help!

Since the beginning of May, the state of Rio Grande do Sul in south of Brazil has been grappling with a catastrophic climate event caused by heavy rainfall. The resulting floods have left over 2 million of people affected, with no prospects of returning to their houses. In several cities across Rio Grande do Sul, basic necessities like water, electricity, gas, and food supplies have been severely disrupted.

There is no perspective to situation finish so soon. as the rains continuous to affect the south of Brazil and more cities are in risk to be flooded.

As a Brazilian, I feel in heart the necessity of doing something to help them (even from far way), I have friends directly affected by this disaster and I can't just stand and watch people suffering. I'm reaching out to ask for your help. Any donation you can offer would be greatly appreciated, especially for those who have lost everything.

To facilitate donations, I've set up a fundraising campaign on the website zbiórka.pl. The collected funds will be directed to the Institution BANRISUL, which is actively assisting those affected in Rio Grande do Sul.
