na leczenie Łukasza

Kochani, nasz syn Łukasz potrzebuje Waszej pomocy! 

Co prawda jest już dorosły (38 lat) i ma swoją rodzinę, ale sam nie poprosi o pomoc. W 2005 roku zdiagnozowano u niego chorobę genetyczną wątroby (Zespół Gilberta) i nauczył się z nią żyć. Następnie w 2010 roku zaczęły się problemy ze wzrokiem, który zaczął tracić. Był przerażony, jednak trafił na lekarzy, którzy zdiagnozowali także wadę genetyczną (dystrofia fotoreceptorów siatkówki i plamki) i chociaż jedno oko jest częściowo uratowane. 

Myśleliśmy, że to już koniec jego kłopotów, jednak trzy-cztery lata temu stomatolog zauważyła, że zaczyna się zanik kości szczęki. Próbowano leczenia m.in. miał założoną szynę. Jednak żadne zabiegi nie przyniosły poprawy, doszły bardzo silne dolegliwości bólowe, a w ostatnim czasie poszczególne zęby zaczęły same wypadać. Rozpoznana została kolejna wada genetyczna tj. ostre młodzieńcze zapalenie przyzębia. Po wielu konsultacjach i kosztownych badaniach, Stomatolodzy podjęli się bardzo kosztownego leczenia (138 tys. zł.). ponieważ w chwili obecnej nastąpiła błyskawiczna destrukcja kości. Leczenie związane jest z całkowitym usunięciem wszystkich zębów, czyszczeniem kieszonek, szyciem, leczeniem antybiotykiem i dalszą odbudową implantologiczną i protetyczną. 

Bardzo prosimy pomóżcie Łukaszowi przejść przez kolejne zawirowania losu i wspomóżcie psychicznie i finansowo. Dla niego jest to naprawdę bardzo trudny czas.

My lovely people, our son Łukasz needs your help!

Although he is already an adult (38 years old) and has his own family, he will not ask for help himself. In 2005 he was diagnosed with a genetic liver disease (Gilbert’s Syndrome) and learned to live with it. A few years after that, in 2010, he started having problems with his eyesight, which he partially started losing. He was terrified, but fortunately he stumbled upon doctors that diagnosed him with a genetic defect (retinal and macular photoreceptor dystrophy) and thanks to that diagnosis, at least one eye is partially saved.

We all thought that it will be the end of his troubles, but three to four years ago his jaw bone started to atrophy (basically, fall apart). The dentists tried to treat him by applying tooth splints. However, none of the treatments brought any improvement. He only developed severe pain and recently, some of his teeth began to fall out. Another genetic defect was diagnosed, i.e. acute juvenile periodontitis. After many consultations and expensive tests, the dentists decided to undertake a very expensive treatment (138,000 PLN). His jaw bone is rapidly falling apart.
Treatment involves complete removal of all teeth, cleaning of gum pockets, suturing, antibiotic treatment and further implantological and prosthetic reconstruction. 

Please help Łukasz get through the next turmoil of fate and support him mentally and financially. This is a really very difficult time for him, one of the hardest in his life.
