Get medication for Aaron

Aaron Ayebale is 9 years old he joined our orphanage in June 2021. we   got him from the streets and took care after him he was then diagnosed with Appendix problems because of consumption of bad food I think from the streets where he came from he is now required for a surgery and our orphanage can't afford to do it.our orphanage is
