Hello!

My name is Marek and I organized a fundraiser for boys from one football team in Gambia who want to make their dreams come true.  The players of this third league team put their whole heart into the development of their talent, because they know that it is their only chance for a better life.  The money will be used to buy equipment, sweatshirts, licenses that allow the boys to go to competitions, to pay for the costs of going to competitions and anything else that may support the goal they have set for themselves!

This action started in 2019 - www.pomagam.pl/football_gambia where we already collected more than 800 Euro. This is yearly income of person in Gambia in some cases!!! I wanted to create another link for English speakers.

 I was told that many of the boys on the team have tremendous talent.  When I asked their trainer how we could help, he said they needed basic training equipment:

I am applying to you with a huge request for support for these young boys - they put their whole heart into the game, they know that this is a chance for them and their families for a better life.  I consulted the trainer on the idea of setting up a fundraiser, because I preferred to take it into my own hands.

 The Gambia is one of the poorest African countries, but the people who live there have huge hearts and share what they have.  This country is even called the Smiling Coast of Africa.

 These boys have a heart of gold because they are like fathers to these boys.  You don't know that about the Gambia ... During the rainy season, malaria prevails there, because they don't have the money to repair the roads.  Many of them want to go to Europe to play in the best clubs.  However, there was an accident that happened in the past...

In 2019, three players lost their lives trying to get to Spain, and several of the boys' parents died with them...
