Fundraiser-Ukrainian Refugees

I hadn't intended to create this POMAGAM-Polish version of GoFundMe page, but so many of you have been asking how you can help. The single most significant thing you can do to make an immediate impact is to donate to this fund. The core group of people I've teamed up with is made up of young professionals like myself who took time off from work, families and every day life to help with this heart breaking humanitarian crisis. Every dollar raised through this platform will go directly and entirely to Ukrainian refugees. Needs change on a daily and sometimes hourly basis, but you could expect your dollars to go toward items like:

•power banks, phone chargers, and SIM cards;

•food and clean water;

•basic supplies like diapers and sanitizing wipes;

•toiletries;

•clothing and blankets;

•transportation costs, and

•temporary housing.

Whether you're in a position to donate or not, please do everything you can from home to show your support for Ukraine and its people - join rallies and stay active on social media. I can assure you that what you can do from home doesn't go unnoticed. The Ukrainians and Polish see it. The journalists and civilian volunteers, many of whom are risking their lives, see it. Your support gives them hope and the encouragement to keep fighting for freedom and democracy, ideals that most Americans speak of so frequently without knowing their true cost first hand.
