The World should know the truth about the biggest war after WWII

On the front lines of the information war, Ukrainian journalists and media workers are fighting Russian lies, fake news, and propaganda (which we face every day by fake messages on our capitulation, President’s escape or dismissal, etc.) to bring the truth to the world and protect freedom of speech.

2500+ media professionals are working 24/7 under hostilities (shooting, bombing and persecution on occupied territories, etc.) conditions. It is extremely difficult for our journalists and key speakers to continue working (especially in warfare places which are difficult to access and dangerous), communication is unstable, and part of broadcasting is conducted from bomb shelters. Even info gathering and basic fact checks are great challenges for all media. But to cover all regions and be united we are ready to risk our lives to provide access to freedom of the press.

The charitable project is the centralized effort to support Ukrainian independent media, the national 24/7 TV marathon "United News #UArazom". It was launched in February 2022 to implement a priority initiative for the state in wartime – the unified information policy that ensures access to trustworthy information for people in Ukraine and worldwide.

The United News initiative is co-produced by the newsrooms of 1+1 Media, Media Group Ukraine, StarLightMedia, Inter Media Group, the Public Service Broadcaster, and Rada TV channel - representing 80% of the media environment. Since the first days of the war, 4 TOP Ukrainian media groups joined their efforts with national channels to spread the truth about the Russia-Ukraine war and the war crimes to millions of viewers in Ukraine and in the world.
