Wejherowo fights COVID-19

This peaceful picture shows a Hospital in Wejherowo. I spent a couple of hours searching for an attractive picture of this place. There is NONE. There is none because marketing and comms are unnecessary. They simply care for patients and they do this damn well. 

This hospital and its staff holds a special place in my memory as my parents spent their entire careers there and many of their friends were doctors employed in this building. I visited it lots of times when growing up. The forests around it were our walk destinations. The hill it is based on was my first mountain to climb. 

Hospital in Wejherowo has been designated as one of 3 in the district to treat COVID-19 patients. Regular patients have been redirected to other sites. In silence of empty wards, already working in shifts allowing for isolation of complete team if needed, my parents and hundreds of others are getting ready for what is coming. 

While you are stuck at homes don't waste time and spare a dime. There is a need of masks, gloves, uniforms, goggles, even bed linens. All money will be sent to the account of the company managing this and 3 more hospitals in the region. 

Let's take care for the medical staff so that they can be there for us.
