Planowane rezultaty :

Możliwość kontynuacji nauki języka polskiego dla uchodzców, którzy wiążą swoją przyszłość z Polską i Oleśnicą. Znajomość języka polskiego umożliwia podjęcie i znalezienie pracy lub zmianę stanowiska na lepsze.

• Zapewnienie integracji lokalnej poprzez minimalizowanie bariery językowej i trudności komunikacyjnych.
• Pomoc psychologiczna w rozwiązywaniu problemów, których bezpośrednią przyczyną są przeżycia wojenne i przymus emigracji, ale także konflikty na tle trudności adaptacyjnych w nowej rzeczywistości, konflikty rodzinne, wychowawcze oraz na tle narodowościowym.

Grupa językowa to ok. 50 osób zebrane w 3 klasach

natomiast grupa korzystająca pomocy psychologa to ok. 20 osób.

Zajęcia odbywają się w salach lekcyjnych wynajmowanych od SP7 w Oleśnicy

natomiast zajęcia psychologiczne w wynajmowanych pomieszczeniach biurowych

 Do kontynuacji naszego projektu docelowo potrzebne jest zaangażowanie:
 - dwóch nauczycieli.
 - psychologa,
 - nauczyciela wspomagającego, koordynującego projekt
 - zapewnienie materiałów do nauki,
 - pomieszczeń klasowych,
 - rozliczenia pracujących osób pod kątem finansowym, ubezpieczeniowym i podatkowym.

 Na realizacje naszego projektu potrzebne są środki w wysokości od 12 000 do 15 000 zł . Prosimy Państwa o wsparcie.

Due to the undiminished interest, we hope to be able to continue free language classes for refugees from Ukraine, which we started in May and also continue free psychological consultations.

Planned results of the project:

The opportunity to continue learning Polish for those refugees who associate their future with Poland and Oleśnica.  The knowledge of Polish enables them to find a job or change a position for the better.

• Ensuring local integration by minimising language barriers and communication difficulties.
• Psychological assistance in solving problems caused by war experiences and the compulsion to emigrate, but also the ones rooted in difficulties in adaptation to the new reality and family, educational and national problems.

What we have and what our needs are:

Interest in learning Polish is still high among refugees staying in our town and we assume that it will last for half a year, at least.  This is the time expected by teachers to learn Polish at a basic level in the afternoon mode for working people. Besides, new students are constantly joining our groups.

- We have extensive experience in working with refugees, acquired both from the classes carried out since

  Spring, as well as our work related to the distribution of donations.

- We have proven people - highly qualified teachers of Polish as a foreign language.

- A certified psychologist from Ukraine currently living in Oleśnica works along with us.

- We can rely on the help of many volunteers, including Ukrainian-speaking volunteers strongly involved in

  Ukrainian affairs.

- We have an agreement with the local school to provide school premises for our classes.

- We rent an office space.

The language group is about 50 people divided in 3 classes, while the group in need of psychological help consists of circa 20 people. Language classes are held in classrooms rented from the Primary School No. 7 in Oleśnica, while classes with a psychologist are held in our rented office room.

To continue our project, we will ultimately need the commitment of:

- two teachers of Polish,

- an Ukrainian-speaking psychologist

- a person coordinating project and being a supporting teacher,

- provision of study materials,

- classrooms,

- financial settlement of employees, including insurance and tax terms.

For the implementation of our project, estimated funds in the amount of PLN 12,000 to PLN 15,000 per month are necessary.
