WRS pomaga rodzinie Pani Ewy

Jesteśmy Wydziałową Radą Samorządu Wydziału Fizyki Technicznej, Informatyki
 i Matematyki Stosowanej Politechniki Łódzkiej. Na co dzień zajmujemy się pomaganiem studentom w sprawach związanych z Uczelnią, jednak z okazji świąt Bożego Narodzenia staramy się pomóc również innym.

W tym roku pomagamy Pani Ewie, jej mężowi oraz ich dzieciom: Ani, Marii
i miesięcznemu Kubie. Dziesięć lat temu została ona zostawiona przez ojca swojej najstarszej córki. Na szczęście, w jej życiu pojawił się Pan Adam, który okazał się wsparciem w tej ciężkiej sytuacji. Kiedy wydawało się, że najgorsze już minęło, okazało się, że mieszkanie,
w którym żyją zostało zadłużone przez jej byłego partnera.

Pan Adam podejmuje się wszelkich zleceń jako tzw. "złota rączka", a Pani Ewa zajmuje się dziećmi i domem. Rodzina stara się o nowe lokum, ponieważ obecnie żyje na zaledwie 15m2, bez kuchni, łazienki oraz toalety. Nie jest to jednak łatwe, z uwagi na fakt, iż po odliczeniu wszystkich opłat rodzinie pozostaje 251 zł na osobę.

Pieniądze przede wszystkim zbieramy na zakup laptopa, który umożliwi najstarszej córce naukę w dobie pandemii. Pozostałe środki zostaną przeznaczone na zakup najpotrzebniejszych produktów, m.in. węgla, który pozwoli zapewnić ciepło
w zimowym okresie, a także żywności oraz środków czystości.

Hi!

We are the Faculty Students' Council of the Faculty of Technical Physics, Information Technology and Applied Mathematics of the Lodz University of Technology. Every day, we try to make student life easier and worthwhile. We create a variety of events and are always there, in case any student needs our help. However, as Christmas is right around the corner, we also want to help other people in need.

This year we are helping out Mrs. Ewa, her husband and their children: Ania, Maria and a one-month-old baby called Kuba. Ten years ago, she was left behind by the father of her eldest daughter. Fortunately, she met Mr. Adam who turned out to be of great support in this difficult situation. When it seemed that the worst part was already over, it came to light that the apartment they live in, has been indebted by her ex-partner.

Mr. Adam undertakes all possible jobs as a so-called “handyman”, while Mrs. Ewa takes care of the children and their home. The family is trying to get a new flat, as they currently live in just a 15m2 one without a kitchen, a bathroom, nor a toilet. However, it is really hard to accomplish this, due to the fact that after deducting all the fees, they are left with only 251zł (approximately ~66$/~56€) per person.

We are raising funds to buy a laptop for the eldest daughter to enable her to learn during the time of coronavirus pandemic. The remaining funds will be used to buy some of the most necessary products, such as coal to keep them warm during the winter, food and cleaning products.
