On March 6, 2023, ten-year-old Valentina was in a terrible car accident in her hometown of Vinnitsya, Ukraine. She had internal bleeding in her skull and lost mobility on the right side of her body. Since then, the swelling in her brain has subsided, and she is now able to move her arm and leg, though she needs extensive rehabilitation to walk again.

Valentina will be discharged from the hospital on Monday, March 27th, and we are hoping to transfer her directly to a rehabilitation clinic. The total price for rehabilitation will be approximately $3,000, followed by post-rehabilitation, which we expect to be in the order of approximately $3,000 dollars – so there's a total of $6,000 to raise. The site only works in Polish Zloty – our target fundraiser amount in Zloty is approximately 26,330 PLN– the exchange rate is about 4.41 today ...
